Cancellation Policy
Items in stock typically ship within 24 hours after an order has been placed. We will accept cancellation of your order only for items that have not shipped or that are on back-order. (For our policies with respect to special orders, please see Special Orders below.) If your order is canceled we will issue a full credit to your credit card. Once the items are shipped, no cancellation will be accepted, but you may return the goods to Deeply Madly Living's logistics center for a refund (see Return Policy for more details). Please note that we will not refund the cost of shipping the items to you, and that we will deduct from your refund the shipment cost we incur for your return of the items.

Order Tracking

Return Policy
Full refunds (less the cost of initial shipment to you and the cost of returning the shipment to us) will be issued if merchandise is returned in its original condition within 7 days of receipt. After seven days, a restocking fee may be charged (20% for furniture, 10% for all other items).
Your refund will be credited to the credit card used for the purchase. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws.
Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected, and you may be charged an additional fee for any item not returned in its original condition.
All items are inspected before shipment and we take great care in packing all merchandise to ensure that it arrives in good condition. However, merchandise may occasionally be damaged during transit. Please retain the original box and packing materials, the original receipt, and all merchandise tags in case you need to return a damaged item. You may have to provide supplementary packing materials if the outer carton was also damaged during the original shipment.
If an item arrives damaged, please notify us immediately and we will work with you to either send you a replacement or issue you a refund.
All purchases of items on sale are final.

Special Orders
Please note that the above Cancellation and Return Policies do not apply to any item that is not normally kept in stock, i.e. a "Special Order." Items that are considered Special Orders are clearly identified as such during the ordering process. Once a Special Order is placed, it is not subject to cancellation or return.
Special Orders will require signature for delivery. You will be purchasing shipping insurance as part of the Special Order and the shipping company will be responsible for any and all damages that may have occurred during shipment, as well as for any undelivered Special Orders. Deeply Madly Living will have no liability for damaged or missing Special Orders.
You will be required to indicate your agreement to the above terms during the ordering process.

Shipping & Delivery
Our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible. The exact shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed as part of the "check out" process.
We can ship to most international locations. Please note that the amount we charge you for international shipment does not include any local duties and taxes. The recipient will be responsible for any such charges, which are often collected at the time of delivery.

Taxes
We are required to collect sales tax from purchasers residing in the State of New York. Sales tax is calculated on the total amount of the order in accordance with applicable state or local law.
All sales tax calculations are subject to revision and are recalculated on the day your order is shipped.

Your Account
There are several advantages to establishing a Deeply Madly Living account. Signing in under your account not only identifies you as a valued customer, but also allows us to personalize your shopping experience. You may track the status of your orders and view your order history by logging in to your account. In addition, your billing address is saved under your account, preventing you from having to re-enter it each time you make an additional purchase.
